As this is Silver Curtis (combined) management that makes it at least after 1990. If these are the same recordings that appear on Kristen Barry songs, which was submit to the LOC in 1993, then it's before then. Probably from 1991 or 1992.
Band lineup details are unknown. The band lineup changed around 1991 so difficult to confirm at this stage.
